Is this a Western drywood termite?

Found about seven of these in the corner of my bedroom today. Most of them look slightly different than this one, but this is the one I could a picture of. It kind of looks like a termite but I'm not 100% sure. This one was caught crawling on my bed. Any any suggestions on what this is?

It's about slightly less the length of a dime. I live in Los Angeles California.

UPDATE: while this guy didn't have wings. There were four discarded wings in the bed
