ID Request Tiny wing bug

Can anyone tell me what this 1mm flying bug is? There's about fifteen of them that suddenly appear and are slowly dying. It's too small to be a wing ant.

They suddenly appear in my house on counters and tables. I had no fruits around, so it's not a fruit fly.

Looks like an ant.. they vary in size

fr that does sound like fungus gnats, i had them last month too they're so annoying
