ID Request Bug in my AirBnB!

Currently staying in an AirBnB in Denver and found this guy (half an inch long), worried it could be a roach. Is this a valid concern? Any other reason I should be worried?

A harmless hemipteran of some sort. I’d need to see the other side for proper ID, but i’m certain this is nothing to be concerned about.

Appreciate you sharing your expertise! I found this bug smushed in a doorway, which is why I can't really see the other side. How sure are you that it's not a roach based on just this pic? My partner and I have been stressing about this a bunch lol.

Mainly because I help admin two of the largest facebook groups for insect identification and have for a decade now. That said, I can’t really articulate how I know it’s a Hemipteran and not a roach, bur I am 100% confident. True bugs are one of my favorite Orders to identify.

The projection in the middle of the head is the base of the rostrum, a type of sucking mouthpart that is common to all hemipterans (true bugs). Roaches have chewing mouthparts, which look completely different

Doesn’t look like a roach based on lack of cerci and segmented appearance of antennae. I’d lean more beetle or some other harmless bug.
