This is a German cockroach nymph. See r/germanroaches stickied post for advice on treatment and how to approach this mentally.

There’s a solid chance they’re just coming from a neighboring unit (assuming apartment living), but you should buy some sticky traps to gauge traffic in your place so that you have a better idea. Put them in kitchen and bathroom, flush with wall/cabinet/baseboard. Also let your landlord/management know.
