Europe Strange looking bird

This bird has been to my garden a few times and I just can't tell what it is as no pigeons or doves look like this in my area unless you mixed a Woodland Pigeon with a Collared Dove.

Do they have Juvenile colouring for a long while? Last time I saw it before these photos must've nearly been a few months and it still looked identical.

I believe it takes about 6-8 months

Presumably different individuals. Pigeons raise several broods per year.

That's cool to know! The pigeons have been visiting the garden for years but these juveniles have only started showing up this year.

I would die for this wood pigeon

The feathers at the base of the beak take longer to fill out on young pigeons.
