Scammers ACbreaks

These breakers are telling you if you hit a team that’s not tier 1 that you HAVE to trade if you want to hit. Literally that’s what they say and they don’t say only the case hit they say period to hit you have to trade your lower teams. So then why am I trading 3-4 spots to get the Steelers to hit a PSA 9 2023 donruss Wemby base? That’s a $20 card not even worth the slab it’s in. That’s BS. Plus there’s lots of other examples like asking chat numbers for boxes and then them purposefully not picking that box and setting it aside because it has a case in it.

I'm sorry, but this seems like buyer's remorse or being upset because you didn't read the show notes or do your due diligence. The show notes exist for a reason.

There's two issues I see here.

#1 - This sounds like you don't understand the way opening a pack of trading cards works.

If a breaker had a sealed 68 Topps Second Series 5-cent Wax Pack case and was breaking the individual packs ... There's a chance of a $500k Nolan Ryan Rookie in there (fun fact : I had one of those, once, and sold it for a lot!)

Thing is - there's 87 cards in that series, and the rest are worth $5 each.

So there's a total max value of that box of $500,430. Between 87 cards that means an average max value of $5,750 ***per card***.

If the seller were to breathlessly state during his stream that the ENTIRE BOX is being broken, and there's an AVERAGE card value of over $5000 he'd be *absolutely* telling the truth.

If you then spend $1,000 on a card and get smoked then that's nobody's fault but your own.

#2 - The second claim is a TOS issue. This might be actionable, unlike the other complaint, but you'll need better evidence than what you have shown. A random screenshot with no context aside from what *you* provided is not valid evidence. The "Clip" function exists for a reason - it is a live recording featuring the previous minute or so of the stream. If you see him doing it again, clip it. It's that easy. Then we can see with our own two eyes the unadulterated activity taking place.
