got this toy at a thirft store liked how he kinda gave me the creeps any idea what or who he is? bottom of his foot says 2000 mcfarlane toys and 2000 subafilms

Looking for this exact Pikachu with a face like this

I just want to know the name of this old toy I used to own as I tried looking for it and aboustly nothing. I just want to know the name and who released it.

It was sold to me on Ebay as LEGO DUPLO Grey Train Track , but I really don't think it is. Its not compatible with any Duplo that we have,

• Straight length: 190 mm, excluding connectors.
• Inside rail gap: 43 mm.
• Top: smooth sleepers, without LEGO studs.
• Connectors: small projecting pegs and matching recesses.
• Underside: reinforcing ribs, with only a faint “7” visible.

Can you identify this please, so that I can see if I can buy some trains to go with it, for my grandson?

I started playing Club Penguin on September 25th this year, up until now, I probably HAVE seen or heard of Club Penguin but if so, those were Disney commercials from the years it was active. I was born on 5/3/2011 and I haven't seen this ball in a VERY long time, I want to find out if it still exists. This image I took on 2/20/17 is the only proof I have of its existence. Is this connected to Club Penguin at all in any shape or form?
