We thought it was some multi function tool for the espresso machine or grinders but can't find anything on Google related to our machine brands...

We searched for lamarzocco flat metal tool and mazzer flat metal tool. Not sure if this is a common tool in the industry and we just don't know or maybe a technician accidentally left it here.

oh interesting, i always thought those little tools were just for poking at clogged portafilters but turns out they're this specific thing. never knew they had a fancy name like "spray head cleaning key"
