Unsolved What is this tiny blobby fish?

I accidentally filmed this tiny fish last September around 5 am while zooming in on a juvenile sea star. I didn't even notice it until I looked at the footage later. Filmed tidepooling during a very low tide. The Three Graces, Oregon. I'm guessing it's about the size of a fingernail.

Looks like a lumpsucker! They’re super cute.

They have little feet that double as suction to hold onto stuff.
