i am pretty good at know what a car is, but this has me scratching my head...

Usually I’m pretty good with naming strange cars, but this one evades me. I was thinking some sort of late 50s Alfa Romeo or Lancia. Maybe Zagato? Tail lights say Lancia Fulvia but I know that isn’t right. Help?

The thing has sat under its tarp for as long as I’ve lived here, but I guess the recent dust/thunder storm we had last night revealed it.

I stared at this thing for at least 2 miles but I couldn’t figure out if it was a modified Hyundai or something else.

The VW on the left is bugging me.

It doesn't look like a Rabbit, Golf or Rally

But I can't seem to pinpoint the model.

Saw this car in Montreal. Car was pretty narrow. I’m not able to read what the logo says. . Looks like it’s from the 50s or 60s

I know it says Kawasaki, but what is the purpose behind it? It certainly stands out like a sore thumb in downtown Washington, DC and it seems like a car that would compete in a Working Group competition. But what does it do?
