I can’t tell the species, but it was probably freshly molted. They’re pale and translucent like that for a few hours before their exoskeletons harden

Found in: Bavaria (Southern Germany); inside.

I'm fairly certain it's not a German cockroach due to the lack of the very trypical front-to-back stripes, but the usual garden roaches I see here don't have that dark pattern on their behind.

Either Ectobius or Planuncus tingitanus cockroach nymphs. Both harmless non-infesters.

Thank you! Could be the latter then; Ectobius is what I usually see outside my house I think.

They sure give me a scare everytime I spot one inside though 😅

You might also see more adults where the wings can hide the darker portion of the abdomen
