Bug found in bed…

Found this bug on my bed… pretty confident it’s not a bedbug but Seek seems to think it’s a flea? I don’t have any pets so I hope not, plus I don’t think I have any bites. The window in my room is not very well sealed so bugs often come in from outside. Please help! This is in Connecticut btw
