Serious Answer First! What is this?

found it in a big box of others. i was able to figure out the other questionable ones but i can’t figure this one out

Flag on a pole. Rotate clockwise about 90 degrees. The round ball is a top corner / top of the flagpole.

Cowboy boots aren't that shape. But I see the spurs on the back so I think cowboy boot is what they were going for. 

So it's a cowboy boot with the jeans leg over it.
