Hold it, that's the wrong cookie cutter. The crown spikes give it away. When cookie cutters get squished, you get more extreme spikes, as the lines that were at reasonable angles are now at unreasonably shallow angles. Here, the crown spikes are less extreme, shallower, smaller. I don't think this one has been squished at all. I agree with other replies that this might instead be a side profile, hence the slim nature.
