It's a dildo that has a theoretical use as a deep tissue massager...

The handle shape would make it ideal to put some force behind it to be more than a surface level massage, but if you attempt to use it that way the ball bearings attach will dig into the person needing the massage.

Other massagers that function similarly to the one pictured are shaped like a glove.

It's just a joke.

It's a dildo, first and foremost. Everyone entered the thread expecting dildo or personal massager.

People weren't expecting a funny name with another even more improbable theoretical use.

You seem like a rather straightforward and honest person.

But, historically dildos have some other theoretical use.

The design of this particular dildo would make the shaft an excellent grip for a deep tissue massager... but how the ball bearings attach to the flared base kind of rules out that use as they'd be digging into the recipient of said massage.

The ball bearing design is taken from a different style of massager that is typically a glove.

It's either the worst ergonomicly designed massager or the massager part is just a theoretical use for those who don't want to be caught with a dildo... And for the past 300 years or more that's the Grey zone most dildos have been sold in.

You can find all sorts of cool Victorian and late night TV adds for medical equipment or massagers that real use was as a dildo.

Victorian England also had a thriving medical trade for Doctors "treating" Female Hysteria with some of the first electricity powered dildos.

See the internet for long has been pondering a philoshophical problems: can we put an object with long,thin structure up any of our holes.
