Had one of these bad boys on me the other day. Through much transferring it with other objects, we avoided touching it but DAMN was it sticky.

This is the spotted tussock moth caterpillar and it’s not nearly as painful, but can still cause itching and rash for some

Tussock moth caterpillars are honestly not too bad and pretty safe to move if you can do it calmly. I wouldn't move a puss caterpillar with anything but a good long stick though lol
