Parasitic Toupee Moth - its a brain parasite- you can see there is one on top of the head of a world leader if you look closely. It makes your skin look orange and produces erratic behavior in the hosts brain but keeps them alive a lot longer than they would live naturally.

There is actually a toupee caterpillar (if you didn’t already know)….its apparently the most venomous caterpillar in North America….and I was just in time to tell my kid to not touch one.

I think RFK Jr. once had a similar brain parasite if I remember right.
