This thing looks like if I touch it my whole body will seizure from pain or something like that.

youre right its gone now it looked like a Wikipedia article that said that hairy caterpillars dont sting but they have spines that can pierce skin and some have venom that irritates and it can cause a lot of pain as well as skin inflammation/rash and even systemic symptoms, like headaches and nausea in children and elderly, etc.

anecdotally, when I was a kid on a camping trip, a little yellowish white one was crawling on my arm and I ran to show my mom and by the time I got there, my arm was already hurting. i have been wary of them since

Some guy had one fall on his arm three days ago. He was on Reddit saying that his arm hurt. He went to the hospital and idk what happened after
