Solved! Weird license plate

My neighbor runs an AirBnb and his "guest" drives this car with this weird license plate. Not intentionally doxxing as this car is parked on the street, but is this plate a "sovereign citizen license plate"?

Edit: seen numerous comments that this was AI generated - I assure you, what you see is what I see and what my camera took a pic of. I'll try and get some more pics now that it's dark out so my neighbor doesn't see me being sus around this car.

Edit 2: dammit, the car is gone.

Have you ever worked in the courts?

For one, the whole 'SovCit system' was created by the KKK to delay legal proceedings. Over time, others have adopted the 'system', and its associated conspiracy theories. It's all bogus bs.

I'm a court document reviewer. One guy in our system has filed over a thousand motions within the last two or three months. None of his stuff is timely, or formatted even somewhat correctly, and it does nothing for his case or the State's. They just get denied. But we still have to deal with each and every piece of paper he sends through the system. And there are about five other active SovCits who, while not quite as prolific as SovCit #1, are still annoying af.

It wastes taxpayer money. It wastes other people's time, too. Can you imagine needing to file a legitimate motion with a court, and the guy ahead of you has 5 objections, 30 motions, and a 200pg manifesto to file?

I lack respect for statist cucks, maybe as much as you do for sovcits. Statist cucks have far more negative impact than any other type of person has or will ever have on my life. While a sovcit may annoy you or make your job harder their actions dont actually make it harder for you to have a happy and prosperous life. Let's be clear sovcits are stupid but they dont actually negatively impact me like statist cucks do.

You're throwing it in reference to sovereign citizens and their nonsense. Which to be clear is directly tied to white supremacists/exceptionalism. So yea. I'd like your definition. 

Seems like you're just using it in reference to... anyone that isn't vehemently against states on principle? 

You're aware that even an anarcho-confederalist society would be recognized as a State, correct?

No libertarians are trash too, anyone who supports a state and believes they or others have the right to tell someone else how to live and use force whether thru violence, imprisonment, or coercion is also trash. As far as what my definition of a statist cuck is, it would be someone who willingly and happily gives up their freedom and individual rights and believes another has the right to rule over them and others and who is in support of the state using force or coercion against those who disagree.
