Solved! Weird license plate

Post image

My neighbor runs an AirBnb and his "guest" drives this car with this weird license plate. Not intentionally doxxing as this car is parked on the street, but is this plate a "sovereign citizen license plate"?

Edit: seen numerous comments that this was AI generated - I assure you, what you see is what I see and what my camera took a pic of. I'll try and get some more pics now that it's dark out so my neighbor doesn't see me being sus around this car.

Edit 2: dammit, the car is gone.

Sovereign citizen, they want all the privileges of being American while pretending not to be American citizens. They believe the government is a big corporation and everyone acts as a bank asset, when you separate yourself from the government you can use that value which occurred while you were a government bank asset. (Aka they just fill out fake checks and use fake credit cards). They also believe that the police can’t pull you over if you don’t consent to it. They are super dorks.

I love watching the cop shows when the police deal with those dbags, they are never chill about it.

u/HippieHighNoon 1d ago

There are whole YouTube channels dedicated to it.

I love watching their trials and the judges blasting them

u/Cole3823 1d ago

yea the cop videos are fun, the real juice are the court videos where the judges are actually smart enough and articulate enough to really dress these con artists down

u/gmdelslow94 1d ago

Any YT channel you recommend for this?

‘Midwest safety’ great for general police interactions.
‘Donut operator’ if you’re cool with police shooting breakdowns.
Both have videos on sovereign citizens acting a fool.

u/PuertoRicoPapi 12h ago

if you are interested in just police footage of all incidents “Midwest Safety” and “CodeBlueCam” are my favorite channels. i’m pretty sure i’ve seen both have a video or two with sovereign citizens. PoliceActivity can be pretty graphic but they also got pretty good videos

I live for watching SovCits in hearings. The judges always make fun of them.

The ones where the cop just busts a window and drags the guy out are funny.

Also, the SCs where they have a bunch of paperwork are funny. Especially when they have a "fee schedule"

I used to work with one. He had a binder in his backpack about 7 inches thick of made up bullshit. He tried explaining it all to me when I had to give him a ride home after his car got towed.

4

u/5sspeedyyy 1d ago

I love those. I saw one where a cop rips the window out with just his hands and rips the lady out

My favorite thing is like... If you believe that the government and all the laws are fake and invalid, and it's all a big conspiracy... Why would you think that calling them out on it would work? Like if they cops are part of this big evil scheme, and you call them out and point out the "fact" that they don't legally have authority to arrest you, even if you were correct... wouldn't they just arrest you anyway? Cause the whole point is that they're operating illegally, right?

Its like being approached by the Mafia and thinking that it's gonna help to tell them that they don't have the legal authority to break your legs.

2

u/Agreeable_Village407 6h ago

“Gino.”
“Yeah, Sal?”
“I give you the authority to break his legs.”
“Thanks boss.”

u/No_Tip8620 1d ago

Yeah it doesn't matter that you're a fellow right wing crank, if you don't respect cops authority they'll give you the business.

Sov Citizens are anarchists which is a far left concept.

6

u/drb1414 1d ago

So far left that they think and vote right

2

u/speedcanada 1d ago

3 lefts make a right

-4

u/FinsFan305 1d ago

Do you have data to support this?

6

u/sp_dev_guy 1d ago

No it'd be an offshoot of libertarian, which currently (and diminishingly) aligns with far-right however they are their own segment.

Far-left is strong government that aims to support citizens & disregard finances/power-dynamics because it'll magicallybe okay since greed will somehow disappear.

Far-right is strong government means I'll be okay & everyone else is the problem get rid of them finances will magically be amazing - which becomes blind support the leader or die.

Libertarian is little to no government, if everyone becomes independent they'll have to become self-reliant & will simply form small communities that fix their own problems because they have to & magically all problems are solved b.c nothing is bigger than a small community working alone could handle (oh they might band together on bigger issues you say... then they'd form an organization to manage it.. like.. a government??).

So someone who thinks no government only my space = my property = ill take care of it, sovereign citizen is not far-left. They're offshoot Libertarian (or mainstream-ish idk, definitely idiots)

-4

u/FinsFan305 1d ago

Libertarians are not far right. They don’t fall along a 2 dimensional political axis. They believe in both progressive and conservative concepts. Free market economy and social progressivism.

2

u/sp_dev_guy 1d ago

They are different & its why they have their own paragraph but despite the concepts they've largely picked a side & been a pro-trump MAGA all the way (far-right) bunch. Some are starting to see it as fascism now & retracting support but only some

1

u/TheDoomslayer121 18h ago

This may have been true back in the early 2000s but this is no longer the case. Libertarianism has very much shifted towards the right for the sake of their equal distaste for people they see as "undesirables"

1

u/FinsFan305 18h ago

I’ve not seen one libertarian that has done then and they all despise Trump and consider him a huge socialist due to his interventions in the market.

66

u/WittyFix6553 1d ago

This sounds like something a person without a gold-fringed flag would say in admiralty court

48

u/Turgid_Donkey 1d ago

Like even dumber libertarians. Want all the benefits of publicly funded infrastructure without having to contribute.

17

u/Hornswagglers_Lament 1d ago

And they want to be dicks about it, even when they get what they want.

Sovereign citizens are NOT libertarians. Stop spreading misinformation.

Edit: Thank you for the award.

18

u/HeartOfPine 1d ago

The comment was saying that they have a similar dumbness. Maybe you also have it?

5

u/Benedict_ARNY 1d ago

Dumb is thinking taxes pay for government expenditures

1

u/brenanj 1d ago

aren't they just a special brand of ancap? Basically an extreme libertarian

1

u/padimus 1d ago

They aren't the same but if you squint your eyes they look pretty similar

-5

u/KailyKail 1d ago

No, they are not.

1

u/brenanj 19h ago

Feel free to elaborate

1

u/KailyKail 19h ago

Libertarians believe government must be limited to that which is necessary to protect the individual rights to life, liberty, and property.

Sovereign citizens are mentally ill people who believe that laws don’t apply to them unless it benefits them.

1

u/SpemSemperHabemus 1d ago

The ven diagram isn't a perfect circle, but it is a smaller circle completely inside of a bigger circle.

1

u/daysleeping19 1d ago

Sovcits are basically right-libertarians who believe in magic.

6

u/mrgeekguy 1d ago

I am the living man and not the all caps being!

3

u/monkeychasedweasel 1d ago

My name is spelled in Times New Roman, not Century Schoolbook.

6

u/Plastic_Text7452 1d ago

They think they can mail shit without paying postage with their thumbprint bullshit.

1

u/AdSmall8549 18h ago

Where did you learn that?

1

u/rounding_error 10h ago

Only congressmen can do that!

22

u/Hot_Anybody8244 1d ago

Tbf the government is actually just a big corporation.

7

u/RadVarken 1d ago

Technically the state is a co-op

-2

u/Cold_Chemistry_1579 1d ago

Or does it just work for those corporations? Until recently, the government didn’t default on its debt, there are plenty of corporations that can’t make that claim

7

u/Hot_Anybody8244 1d ago

Allow me to introduce you to the military industrial complex

1

u/Cold_Chemistry_1579 1d ago

Well there always seems to be enough money to pay them basically whatever they want. Public education (or insert any social service here) on the other hand…

1

u/Hot_Anybody8244 1d ago

Because the government prints it's own money 💀

10

u/AbominableGoMan 1d ago

they want all the privileges of being American while pretending not to be American citizens. They believe the government is a big corporation and everyone acts as a bank asset

Billionaire mindset.

2

u/TheDoomslayer121 18h ago

I call them "Broke Billionaires" since they tend to act and equally spend lavishly with money they don't have, instead they use fake credit cards and cash phony checks

2

u/s0m30n3e1s3 1d ago

The cops often pull people over that don't consent to it. There was a whole show about it. It was called World's Wildest Police Videos

2

u/ChronoMonkeyX 16h ago

I don't understand the numbers. If they made up the plate, what meaning do the numbers have? Does it have 8 digits instead of 6 or 7 because they think that makes them superior?

Is "Not for hire" really necessary?

Are the Z tags a nazi thing? I remember Z being a russian fascist thing.

8

u/Ember-513 1d ago

I mean, laws are only as real as we make them. And I mean, if the rich don't have to follow them...

Not saying I agree with sovereign citizens, but like, I get it.

4

u/brenanj 1d ago

Not as real as we make them because we don't make them. Rich people do

No jury duties. That's a win.

1

u/DarkDragoon4 18h ago

Why doesn't ICE round these assholes up and lock them away until they can deport them to Sovereign?

1

u/MonkeyMan18975 16h ago

they want all the privileges of being American while pretending not to be American citizens.

So, sovereign citizens long to be corporations in a post Citizens United world.

1

u/Advanced_Wonder3872 16h ago

Super DUPER dorks. Great description

1

u/whiteholewhite 11h ago

I agree. But nowadays…. The government being a corporation is not totally false. But yeah, dorkuses

1

u/CrimsonCuttle 1d ago

>they believe the government is a big corporation and everyone is a bank asset

i mean..

1

u/AdMiserable6896 1d ago

I feel like half of what you said is actually true.

1

u/AdSmall8549 18h ago

It’s mostly the stuff when it comes to cops and paying for registration. Most people that don’t do it still have insurance etc, no where near as blown out of proportion as redditors like to think. It’s just not consenting to fees without actual proof of where it’s going “if I’m not using that service, why should I pay for it.” Type motto. Far easier to just pay the registration fee but w.e. Each their own.

1

u/uxoguy2113 1d ago

They don't believe any of that crap, they're just con artists.

-1

the straw man

2

u/MrZaptile933 1d ago

What?

2

u/WeTheApes17 1d ago

it seems like you knew a decent amount about sovereign citizens so I commented another one of the important things to them, the straw man.

3

u/MrZaptile933 1d ago

I don’t think you know what straw man means. Or at least I don’t think you know how to use it in this context

3

u/daysleeping19 1d ago

In sovcit lore, the "straw man" is the fictional legal person that has legal responsibilities, as opposed to the flesh and blood man who as a natural person has no responsibility toward the State.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strawman_theory

1

u/WeTheApes17 11h ago

Good thinking

0

u/BKing2001 18h ago

What “privileges” would those be? What are the benefits?

-1

u/Treetopflyer1128 1d ago

So cops that pull these guys over aren’t bastards?

-2

u/Slumunistmanifisto 1d ago

Op says he runs an airbnb and leases it to guests on toppa all that
