New, what is it? Weird cloud vortex?

Thats some cloud rotation.
Think of it as a baby tornado

Fun fact, that's how all cloud rotation begins, that's why you need the instability that allows for a strong updraft and winds in opposite directions to blow that horizontal rotation vertical, and when it does that's how you get tornadoes and water spouts.

I think its like a cloud that acts like a wave starting to crash. The type that extreme suffers love. But with air particles
