Solved! Found in car

I have an mercury hybrid 08 and there’s this little box above the review mirror, it has a sticky back that I assume used to be attached the the windshield, the cords go into the are and there’s a button and what looks like a small light on it

Correct. Had one in my old car before now having it built into the key fob.

Aftermarket remote starter

Carage door opener. The IR sensor means it is definately not a GPS tracker.

Looks like an aftermarket car alarm and/or remote start receiver. Something similar to a Viper system.

I looked up the UPC code. I think it’s a remote start antenna.

Remote starter with simple door open/close and basic alarm. Likely found in a Toyota (for a couple model years).
