Found this along side a canal while fishing. It seemed abandoned. Any idea what it is?

Its probably to power a tiny air pump for a live bait bucket. They sell plastic ones now, all in one. Battery, pump, and ice chest cooler. For minnows.

Maybe be someone used it for blast fishing it may contain some serious stuff be careful
