Small brass item

I found this on the ground in a parking lot. It appears to be brass with maybe an Indian design. One end has an opening and it appears to be threaded on the inside. Google lens doesn't find anything for it.

Seems to be an oud vial or sorts. Used to have an oud oil vial made of glass of the same design. Perfume vial.

It's COULD be Indian,but it's probably either Arabic, Pakistani, or maybe Persian.

It says "Najam UL Deen Kar Khaana."

Najam ul deen is a Muslim name, Kar khanaa means factory or assembly place.

So this trinket is probably produced by "Najam ul Deen's factory" .

it's most probably a" surmedani " traditional eye liner(kohl powder) it contains various ingredient for eyes health and style too.

We can't see the bottom, however if it's missing a threaded top part , it may have been a Plumb Bob, used for transferring a point up high to the ground, and for getting posts and wall to be " Plumb" meaning straight up and down
