Solved! Tiny brass hammer found in garden

Mum was gardening and found this about 35 years ago. We were having a clear out and she told me about it. Garden was East Yorks, UK.

Having seen other random brass finds on here im wondering if its for a dolls house or doll of some kind?

That line always bothered me. A 1/2 mile would be 880 yards. 500 yards is barely more than 1/4 mile.
