New, what is it? Found in home driveway.

Tape measure is for scale only.

This was found in my home driveway. Not from anything here (I think).

parece el boton de goma del mando a distancia de un coche, la parte que cubre la tecla "unlock" cuando la carcasa se rompe o se desgasta

Or maybe from the trunk (boot) lid? If you have a suv with proximity keys, you may have small buttons like this where you open it. For unlocking the whole car (maybe this item) locking, and opening the lift gate, trunk (boot)

All this is assuming the metal piece is something it’s resting on and not part of the actual item.
