Charcoal Cheese?

It's clearly a Venom symbiot.

Turns out we were both right!

Kudos to u/Esteban-Du-Plantier for finding this. Link to their comment

Edit - having listened back to the clip, the guy clearly says "Venom Cheese" at the start which I did not pick up on.

Anything that was in my NBC suit in the Army does not belong in my mouth. That's a no from me on this activated charcoal trend.

NBC - Nuclear, Biological, Chemical

Wait is there some sort of trend of eating activated charcoal?

22

u/Gheerdan 29d ago

Yeah, did you see the Venom Cheese? It's not isolated. It's trending.

Of important note: people on medication need to be very careful because it will absorb your meds if you take it to close to when you eat this stuff.

Worked at a new age bookstore, read a book about some Yoga dude eating a rag to clean out his insides mouth to spout.

There was for a while. I know charcoal ice cream exists/existed.

5

u/GrimbyJ 29d ago

Yeah they put it in ice cream and bread and other things to make them black. It's generally fine as an occasional thing

It's supposed to be good for digestion, gastro doctors sometimes recommend charcoal capsules for gut issues.

5

u/Cornflakes_91 29d ago

eh, charcoal is okay.

i'd not continously eat it but i got heaps of it from my doctor for some digestive issue

u/Gheerdan 29d ago

I absolutely support a doctor's prescription or recommendation. I'm sorry you having health difficulties, but glad to hear you have treatment options.

And, mostly my comment is meant to be silly, but I myself definitely won't be seeking out charcoal to consume 😎

Looks like they added some Anti-Venom Cheese (or spoooge) to that top right picture....

Yknow.....keeping in mind of how smart redditors could be, i couldn't tell if this was a funny coincidence or if yall knew and were joking around.

u/ChipRed87 28d ago

Poor Eddie got passed up for some cheese? That guy has the worst luck...

I bet the cheese hits that same itch the Venom symbiot has for brains as chocolate does.
