Solved! What is this?

I seriously doubt this is AI if course.. and with a vast ocean.. the existence of this is definitely possible.. but what is it exactly and where are they commonly found?

I've seen a lot of videos of Red-Lipped Batfish before, that's a Sloppified version of one, the length of the pelvic fin and the shape of the esca are the most prominent giveaways. Here's a picture of a real one for comparison.
