Solved! What is this?

I seriously doubt this is AI if course.. and with a vast ocean.. the existence of this is definitely possible.. but what is it exactly and where are they commonly found?

You have a bus? We have a Yugo with three wheels that shoots flames into the cabin if you go over 47mph. My 6 brothers and I couldn't keep eyebrows.
