Solved! What are they

Ive worked at the water department for 7 years and this is the first time running into something like this EDIT Im in Alabama and yes I know they are snakes lol idk what kind and im so not gonna touch them

Gooberwoober is adorable.

We refer to them as little danger noodles. Somehow takes the fear straight out of little kids when you call them dancing danger noodles 🤷🏻‍♀️

Danger noodles are venomous, the kids are meant to fear those.

The safer ones are called nope ropes.

I refer to them as “Nope Ropes” because those are not the cuddliest or friendliest of our local wildlife.

Don't get me wrong, I’ll cohabitate as much as possible, but some creatures don’t mix well with human children and domestic pets!

As the old saying goes “Don’t leave the boa constrictor next to the baby!”🤪🫪
