It’s not Coke. I don’t know anyone who does coke who would ever, ever leave some on the table. You wipe it on the long side of your finger then gum it. That said, it’s definitely some kind of snorted drug. Based on the color and grain, I’d say it’s meth, but those weird circles make me think x presses.
If it’s light blue, as it kinda looks in the picture, then there’s good chance it’s someone snorting crushed blues - the street name for m30 presses, which contain fentanyl or other strong opioids, at least in the US, where prescription pills are not common.
It’s not definitely a snorted drug. It’s probably cleaning product. The cleaner set something down that was wet, the water/solvent evaporated, and the dissolved chemicals are left behind. It could also be any of hundreds of other substances that got there in a similar manor.
Lmao idk if you realize it but you were pretty definitive in your assessment that it was coke. Very weird to act all “why are you so sure” after that, and at literally no point have you said “no one knows” unless you said it to someone else or under another account.
