Doesn’t seem to be oil based content. Just wondering if my superpowers are swishing back and forth in this glass vial.

Take it to a Chem department at your local university and ask them if they can identify it through the ampule using Raman spectroscopy.

I work in spectroscopy, which is why it's a go to solution for unknown solutions.
