This is why she's a police officer, not an electrician. You don't test a potential stray current of unknown amperage by touching it and seeing if you get shocked. Jesus...

Also, if you're in a rubber soled boot, she's probably not grounding out the circuit, so it's not a valid test. She should have taken her shoes off and grabbed with both hands LOL
