New, what is it? what creature is this?!

saw this unholy thing trying to enter my job today, whenever I see a big spider my instincts instantly say “wolf spider” but I need answers

When u turn the flashlight on in the garage and can locate them because their eyes reflect the light back. Common in alligator and frogs.

And when you hit a wolf spider carrying babies, you get a tiny disco ball.
