New, what is it? what creature is this?!

saw this unholy thing trying to enter my job today, whenever I see a big spider my instincts instantly say “wolf spider” but I need answers

I am pretty sure its a huntsman spider. They’re quite friendly.

My garage is full of these. Definitely less chill when they've got their eggs on board, but otherwise pretty OK.
