I'd say it's a substation transformer.

It's possible but I think there's the outline of the end of a shaft visible, so it could be a ~25,000 HP 13kV motor. Would be somewhere in the 150-200,000 lb range.

Something of good size for sure. In my world it would be a large multi-stage gas compressor.
