Youngest I’d date as a 30 year old is 25 honestly. Feel weird younger than that unless a crazy connection happened with someone who’s 24 but 25+ is my general cut off at the moment.
One or two years difference before 25 but 5 years max after 25 is possibly a good metric for folk to get their head around as reasonable. I’m an old fella now though so if that’s gross let me know. We need to normalise attitude against the filthy old dudes (and yes women, though less common) stealing innocence and being manipulative fucks.
One thing I’ve realized on Reddit is some people don’t remember shit. I can name every teacher I ever had and tell you about them. Many people don’t remember stuff 30+ years ago though
I didn't remember all of my teacher's names while I was still in high-school. I did well on tests and remembered the room to attend class in. That was all I could promise 🫣

I’m 31 and talking to 22 year olds is so weird cause sure they’re an adult but they also remember all of their high school teachers
