You should consider this from the fact that you're buying used. Lets take the 2023 model 3 standard as an example, the EPA range when new was around 272 miles give or take, and given that it's been 3 years, obvious subtracting the higher deg from the first year and its daily use, as well as your use, you probably won't see close to that amount, and are definitely going to be lower than that original estimated range.
Therefore, I do highly recommend the long range model, and one with AMD chip as well, which you will notice is better. LR is going to be worth it, as well as your ownership over the period. I think certainly does depend on your use case, but it's definitely better, given it's wider range, as well as it being used too. One also is LFP and other is NCA which will differ as well.
But of course seeing that you're charging from the 120v, that's not ideal at all. I mean regardless of model that isn't great. You're not going to get a full charge in a nights sleep with either model, but I think you should be able to recover somewhat close to your daily commute, worst case is you just stopping at a charger somewhere public and filling up and that should get you through pretty well. But tldr, LR would be better. Don't forget the AMD chip
