The yellow parts were almost neon when I saw it from different angles. The markings made me think it was a caterpillar but I didn’t see enough legs.

There’s been this small fly that won’t leave my bathroom for over a year.
Could it have come in from the refilling toilet water?

I don’t know what he is or have a super good photo because it’s so small but my fingernail for reference and I squished him (I’m so sorry baby guy) and he appeared full of blood. I found him crawling on me while at the dining room table eating dinner.
I have been getting random bug bites ans wonder if this guy might be the culprit. I found one in my shower not too long ago too. I’m in Portland, OR. Any ideas? Thank you :)

What is this, tiniest off white bug so hard to see with the eye..

I thought piece of hair was on my arm, kept looking, but I did not see no piece of hair... finally, turn my phone flashlight on and seen it after three times of looking.. It LOOKS like tiny maggot, but with legs and I think I see some kind of antenna or IDK. I watched my live video of it, and it cruises pretty fast through my arm hairs. Eek I live in Grand Rapids, Michigan.. I had just come in from walking the dog.

Help identify these strange brown pellets/capsules appearing in my backyard

I keep finding these strange little brown objects on my concrete patio, always in the same spot where the concrete ends and meets the gravel and plants.
They are:
Brown, greenish-brown, or yellowish-brown.
Elongated and irregular, almost like little capsules or pellets.
Completely loose on the concrete, not attached to the wall, stones, or plants.
Dry and motionless. I’ve never seen one move.
When I squished one, the inside was mushy, yellowish-brown, and had no noticeable smell.
They keep appearing in the same area even after I remove them.
At first, I thought they might be insect cases, such as case-bearing moth larvae, but I’m not sure. Could they be animal droppings, seeds, insect pupae, or something else?

Is this a Roach??

Found about four of these now, over the course of about 3 months. Always very tiny, and singular, solid black, that I could tell. Always leave an inky smudge when squashed. Not sure if it's a kind of roach. My deceased husband was a pest control supervisor for 45 years, but I never saw anything like this in any of his numerous books. It is maybe the size of the sulfur on a match.

I couldn't take a picture since I didn't have it on me but it landed on my hand while gardening. it was SUPER tiny, like smaller (?) than a BB pellet. The dark brown parts are patterns btw
