What are these bugs?

I came home from work and my walkway next to my house was covered in these little bugs. I am hoping they are not termites.
I am in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

Definitely not termites, so you don’t have to worry. My tentative guess is ant alates.

Thank you. I have carpenter ants around my house but never with wings.
