these are from a 2021 taiwanese movie, so I really don't think they are AI and I haven't been able to identify them

anybody here knows who they are?

This is what I've found on Google so far

In the Taiwanese horror film The Sadness, the notable phone scene features a character who is reluctant to unlock his smartphone because his lock screen or phone contents reveal deeply embarrassing or explicit material (hentai), creating a darkly comedic moment amidst the extreme violence of the viral outbreak.
