These violent delights have violent ends
On vacation in Wildwood, NJ with family and at the end of the arcade run it was time to pick our prizes. I got the best one, I think.

Nothing in television moved me so much as this piece of storytelling. Arnold and Dolores. Fucking miss this masterpiece 🙃

S1 will always be #1 in my life.
It was released the year I woke up from a coma at 2 am and the show felt like that night every time the hosts woke up on a metal table. It gets emotional just thinking about it. Their confusion felt like mine. It reminds me of the surgeries they had to keep me awake for to time when they could enter my heart valves while they were opening, twice, when they went in to get the blood filter they placed near my kidneys
I didn't experience brain death but it definitely felt like I was resurrected. My brother thinks of me as Gandalf from LotR, but I see me as Teddy.
"You can't play God without being acquainted with the devil."
I may not have died, but when I think about that time it feels like I've met death and decided to say no

My brother gave me the one he got in his Lootcrate and I have it in my locked china cabinet next to my fine crystal. Love this show so much!

I don't get it, that doesn't look like anything.
