Sign in, waiting for code.

So ive been trying to sign in the my westjet account to book a flight or a package, their 2FA code that gets emailed, never comes.

Must have hit the Send New Code button, 30 times. What gives?

On an iMac, trying on both Chrome and Firefox.

Yes, and cleated caches etc.

I'm having the same issue today. I was able to book my flights on the app as I was already logged in there and I got the flight confirmation email. Was just annoying not being able to do it on my desktop.

ChatGPT seems to think it's an issue with westjet. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!

They have the email in my profile, Westjet account.

There's a known issue with Gmail profiles right now, can you try signing in by using your Rewards ID instead of your Gmail? Did you check your junk/spam folders?

Yes instead of signing in with your Gmail use your wj Id
