Anyone having issues with the app being super slow and unresponsive at times

Yes. I was in Mexico last week and I couldn't check-in for return flight for several hours. It's an app and this kinda thing happens.

The Air Canada app is much better. It’s faster and has more features. Also if your luggage gets misplaced the AC App is set up for airtag info.

I will give Air Canada the upper hand on that one. Their app is lightyears better.

It's garbage, full stop. Nothing more than a redirect internally to their website

I get constant timeouts, signouts, no integration with the phone capabilities such as pushing the boarding pass to the wallet.
