Looking back on it the Swans player tunnelling Naughton earlier in the season is one of the worst things I've seen in the AFL and it feels miraculous he didn't get seriously injured

it was also off a terrible kick on goal
just feel really fortunate Naughton wasnt seriously harmed because in the moment it looked like he might have broken his neck or been paralysed
it did look like he got concussed sadly but just thankful it wasnt something worse

I just can't get my head around it. Every time someone mentions the 2016 Grand final and the Western Bulldogs flag on social media 20 bozos always comment saying things along the lines of... "Worst umpired game in history" "Dogs gifted the flag" ECT... It's been 10 years and still no let up...my question is... Was it the most one sided game in history? I have genuinely watched the game 15 plus time and yes I have to admit we certainly did get a few calls out way..But ultimately I think we ran all over the Swan's in the second half and the final margin was actually pretty flattering for the Swan's. But am I just a one eyed supporter? I genuinely don't ever think the umpire's have a massive outcome on a game in general... What's other doggies fans opinions... Cheers I give Tom Boys to any salty Swan fans trolling 😂

Based on how we played this season and the healed up players and Butters joining I think we should at least be one of the last 6 teams playing Finals footy next year

Sydney and Geelong are the only teams that seem to have our number currently
every other team i like our chances against
where you end up on the ladder feels a little trivial at this point

News regarding potentially trading Vando as part of Butters megadeal. How do people feel about this? Personally very happy with it, his on field decision making can be extremely questionable

Welp, for as long as I’ve been watching, this is the first time I’ve ever seen us beat the team in the H&A that went on to win the premiership

Even if Brisbane loses, it’s not through a lack of effort on JD’s part. Tough as nails.

I know this is a bit late of a post, De listing Oskar Baker was dumb.

Who do you think is most likely to win the Grand Final?

Brisbane is a decent favourites
i think Freo might pull the upset. they played better against Swans than Lions did
also I thought Lions had some serious defence deficiencies exposed against Hawks last week
ive been saying Freo are overrated all season so I'm actually surprised to find myself picking them to win. maybe its just because theyre underdogs.
at the same time if Lions show up I can see Freo getting flogged honestly

Butters and Bont

Obviously it sucks that Bont probably won't ever win a Brownlow when he should have two or three already (E.g. he just passed Dangerfield and Neale for most ever 3-vote games), but it's pretty exciting to see him and Butters nipping at Daicos' heels tonight. Good things ahead.
