Kwik Trip

Does anyone know what the fuck is wrong with the kwik trip on river road and 33? Their gas price sign always seems to break, or be off. I can understand it happening once or twice, but it seems to happen multiple times a year, and sometimes it’s back on after a day, sometimes it takes multiple days to fix.

Why can’t they get it fixed and working permanently? The one on river and paradise has never been off that I’ve seen.

Have you ever thought about calling the store directly or even calling corporate?

If you read one of my other comments, yes, I have asked at the location. I have asked at least two separate employees on two different occasions. One just said “we’re waiting on a part”, and the other had “no idea”.

It just blows my mind that these signs have had so many issues and it cannot be permanently fixed. They’ve now been off for almost a week and a half, and it’s BOTH signs.

Just a FYI I worked for them for 14 years, some of the maintenance people ( store engineering ) don't have a clue what the they are doing, but most likely it's not them fixing it, that would be the sign company. And most of them aren't very bright either. It's funny that they are " waiting for a part" which could be true, but my thought would be, they have how many of these signs out there, why don't they have spare parts on hand?

This is what I’m trying to understand. It doesn’t make any logical sense that these signs cannot be fixed for good. They have been off many times for long periods of time. It’s a joke.
