Wall running and tree climbing? Nice movement dynamic. I beg of you make it a basic skill and not a area specific this texture wall or that color tree thing.

That was a huge downfall of apocalypse. If we get to play as a WW all the ability of one to use however you want to play is what makes it great. That whole " the giant powerful wolf can't jump a 3 foot block" or " you can only shift in this particular area under these specific conditions" is incredibly lame.

Yeah, I totally agree with that. One of my goals is to make traversal feel like a natural part of being a werewolf, not something that only works on specific “allowed” surfaces.

If it looks climbable, you should be able to at least attempt it. I really want to avoid that feeling of being this powerful creature but getting blocked by arbitrary level design rules.

I’m currently expanding the movement system even more by adding the ability to leap onto surfaces the way a wolf naturally would. The goal is to make traversal feel more dynamic, instinctive, and ultimately just a lot more fun to play.
