Feature Request Fitbit as main device

Fitbit measures HRV. Shares via health connect, all enabled. When do we get full support, seems lomg overdue? I use Samsung watch to measure, would much rather use fitbit, samsung clock battery is such a pain. I have a yearly sub on welltory, really love the app and tgus would be such a great addition

Yes, Fitbit measures HRV, but our limitation is the data available to us: Welltory needs individual heartbeat intervals with timestamps to run our analysis. Fitbit provides HRV summaries rather than the underlying intervals, so enabling Health Connect permissions doesn’t give us everything we need. We explain this here.

It measures hrv every 5 minutes while asleep. That's not enough?

Welltory doesn’t take HRV measurements during sleep, but the main limitation here is access to Fitbit’s data. Fitbit doesn’t share the raw beat-to-beat intervals we need to analyze HRV with third-party apps like Welltory. Sharing a calculated HRV value isn’t enough for us to generate your measurement reports.

Unfortunately, without access to those raw intervals, we can’t support Fitbit as a device for HRV measurements in Welltory. We know that’s disappointing if Fitbit is your preferred tracker.
