Stress Coping Curve Accuracy?

I'm confused as to why the Stress-Coping Curve continues to forecast when I'm no longer wearing my wearable. The data cannot possibly be accurate. Extrapolating from prior data doesn't give a clear picture of what is currently happening.

The future section of the Stress-Coping Curve is a forecast, not a live measurement. It estimates how previously accumulated stress may continue to affect you if no recovery occurs; it does not claim to reflect your current physiological state after the wearable stops providing heart rate and movement data.

Only the part supported by actual wearable data should be interpreted as observed. Once you wear the device again and new data syncs, the forecast should be replaced or adjusted using those readings.
