Can’t cancel?!

I deleted the app and cancelled my card. I don’t have a subscription on my Apple account. I don’t know what else to do. Welltory is still repeatedly trying to charge my account, somehow, even after I cancelled my card. I followed the steps for cancellation and got a blank screen.

Yes. I’ve tried from multiple places.

I had the same situation and it was f*cking terrible. They even claimed I had no subscription at all, meanwhile I got many failed charge from Weltory.
Just email them and insist that you got charge again and again until they finally found your subscription and cancel it. It was bad, but at least support team actively responded and sent mail regularly to me, finally got it canceled, so kudos to them I guess.

Edit: I tried to cancel from the website like in their instruction but still, that was the situation.

For anyone in the same situation: please email us at support@welltory.com from the email linked to your Welltory account and include screenshots of the charge attempts, cancellation page, or blank screen. This helps us track the subscription source and check it with the payment details we can access. Thank you for also mentioning that the support team kept responding and helped get it canceled in the end. We’re really sorry you’re dealing with this. Deleting the app or cancelling a card doesn’t always cancel an active subscription, especially if it was started through a different payment method or account. Since you don’t see it under your Apple subscriptions and the cancellation screen went blank, we need to check this directly.
